chit happens, nature is cruel. In the real world, it gets alot worse than that.
So every time that Mutual of Omaha fella videoed a lion/bear/eagle whatever gettin his prey, he should have intervened and insured a HUMANE kill?
Its the circle of life, ugly yes, but it is what it is.

Hold true if you fall out of a tree stand and break your back were you can't walk.....we should just leave you there till you croak or call in the EMS guys?

Your statement remindes me of a statement from a PETA freak. Comparing an injured deer to a injured human. Timex, I thought you had more sense than that. If not then , your both nuts .

I deleted my first response to Timex's post so Woody wouldn't have to.

Yeah, don't flip out...it was tongue in cheek response. If I found you at the base of the tree with a broken neck I'd field dress you and drag you to the truck and get you to a medical facility as quick as possible. And I'd not let any animal I try to kill or find mortally injured die a horrible slow death either if I could quicken the end result in some form or fashion. I did just that once with a baseball bat on the way to LL baseball practice once. It wasn't easy and was messy but imo it was better than letting it wait on coyotes to come and finsih the job.

If it would have been a doe, would a picture have been taken? Would there have been conflicting thoughts?
