Several years ago while driving home from work I just happened see out of the corner of my eye a buck on the side of the road (it was raining and I was watching traffic coming at me....). The little glance I got of it, I knew it was a big one. I said then that it would score well over 180" if it went an inch.....
Fast forward a year or so, and a new member pops up here on HI and posted a couple of pics (think his name was ramjam?). Lo and behold, one of the deer he shot I believe to be the buck I saw, and he killed it only a couple of miles from where I saw it. I think he said it scored either 188" or 192" as I recall. This was in Putnam County, before we moved to NH.

Last fall the kids, a friend and I were riding our horses in Green/Sullivan state forest. It was the last weekend of bow season. We seen a 13 pointer, around 22 inch inside spread. He was with a big doe that had already crossed the horse trail and we rode up between the two. He was full rut (out of his mind) and walk to with end 18 to 20 yards of us, when me daughter said thats a "Big Buck Daddy" he moved around us and resumed the chase. Im glad we were all on geldings, LOL
