Hi guys I'm new here on the site. Have a few issues with my farm and I have exhausted all of my resources and am now looking for any help at all. Here is my situation; I have about 650 acres of ground that I own and hunt on. I have had very good hunting early in the year for the last 9 years that I have hunted, that is until this year. For some reason this year all that I am getting is night time photos of my deer and have not seen a single deer in the daylight hours. This is the oddest thing to me. I have 3 cameras set near different bedding areas that are remote access and I have not set foot near them in over 3 months. These deer are bedding around 630 and not coming back out until after dark. This has never happened to me in the past. Does anyone have any ideas about what may have changed in their patterns or what may work to get them moving early. Also I don't drive deer on my property so that is not an option. Thanks for the help guys.

Also have cut corn fields, 4 different food plots, and also had a feeder set out throughout the whole summer and early fall so food is not an issue for them. There are no people entering this property besides me and the farmer that picked the corn 3 weeks ago. I have a pond that is near the field and they aren't even visiting that during the day.

That would have me puzzled as well...then again I wouldn't know what to do if I had 650 acres to hunt on! Have you spotted any deer moving while driving around the property?

I try to stay off the property as much as possible. I don't do much driving when I am not hunting. I have some Amish that live near by and I talked with them and they haven't shot anything yet this year because they are having the same problem. They live on adjoining property and haven't seen but a button buck at their back yard during the the daylight hours. I am wondering if they are just happy moving during the night because of the abundance of food and the fact that they don't have to travel. Last year we only took 5 deer off this ground and have a 150 inch minimum for bucks. I have some 170-180 class deer on this ground every year and from my cameras they are there again this year. Just really hard to hunt them in the dark.

Maybe the clear nights and full moon has them out at night instead of day.
