Barnett Ghost 410 at 20 yards with 10 yard increments out to 50 yards. You sure do live in an Outdoor paradise. I fish KY Lake out of Paradise Resort (Murray) every year. Plan to retire there. KY born and raised, been in Indiana for 18 years.

40 yards and things would have to be perfect for me to take that 40 yard shot. I have no problem at all shooting 2" groups at 40 yards sitting on my shooting bench at home, but doing that is night and day difference than shooting at a live target. I'm more of a 30 yard max crossbow hunter.

I'm confident and competent at 40 yards in practice. All conditions would have to be optimum in a hunting situation for me to shot past 35 though. My crossbow buck kill this year was at 25 yards...that was absolutely ideal.

My old titan is sighted at 22.5 yards, 3" high at 15 and 4.5" low at 30.

50 yards with Excaliber VariZone scope (marks from 20 to 50 yards). My crossbow kill this year (first time using one) was at 34 yards.

Last fall I killed deer at 30, 40, and 8 yards. I use the rest on my viper stand as a shooting rest and am rock solid to 40 yards.
This spring I killed a turkey at 5 yards.

I have planted 2 acres in chicory mixed with maximum and butted up to that a 2 acre summer lab lab mix. I also already have 2 clover plots that are 2 acres each , one plot is 3 years old and is looking great . The other plot is 5 years old and I plan on rotating it into turnips and sugar beets come August . I also will plant a small throw n grow spot in August . The big project for the year was I started growing some persimmon trees from seed , I have 80 seeds planted in pots and 76 of them are doing well . The plan is to help them thru summer and plant them come mid September . Please move this to the spring food plot thread as I screwed up!!! My wicked ridge invader is good to 50 yards
