Wow! Two adult Bobcats in one pic. I've never seen that. You should send that one to the DNR. I may be mistaken Met, but I believe that is a pair of juveniles.

They very well could be juvies. On a farm not far from where I hunt last year the landowner had a pic of a female and 4 kits. Seen it with my own eyes, it could be a couple of them.
As far as showing them too the DNR MMH I dont think they really care. The first bobcat pic that I got about 20 yrs ago on this farm, I called DNR and all they said was OK.

Awesome. (Definitely supper in this one.) Sighting's seem to be getting more and more down heare in Southeastern Indiana. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a season for bobcat's in the next 5 to 10 year's.

So are these cats only local to southeast IN??? I'm originally from southern Michigan and we didn't really have any bobcats to speak of there. Are these all over the state? I live between Muncie and Newcastle. Should I be seeing these on my trailcams?

They are not common by any means .... yet. Some guys in the southern part of the state get them on trail cameras and some guys dont.
We got several pics of one last year but have not gotten any yet this year. Of the guys I know running cameras more dont get pics than do.

This makes the second year in a row that I've got one on camera. This winter there were tracks all around my parents house in the snow. They have rabbits that live under their front and back porch. I guess the bobcat was trying to get the rabbits.

We have some in northern Warrick county. We got one on the trail camera and last season I had one walk past me while I was bowhunting. Neat critters...

Even where bobcats are plentiful, they aren't a real common sight. They are pretty elusive creatures. There are a lot of them around our property in SE KY. They have a hunting season for them there and you can take 5 a year...but it's still rare to lay eyes on one.

You need to shoot that one this fall TDave. That would be a good selfbow kill. I thought this buck was impressive for a spike.

Scrub, if that thing had spots I'd swear it was an Axis deer.

Arlowe13,
As I've said before, he's a fine deer.
Best of luck this season and welcome to the forum.

They come as close as 20 yds to the front door. but usually by then, the dog sees them and scares them off.
