LOL...
I'll tell you what will work. A cedar fence post stuck out in a food plot. Woodmaster put one in a food plot in Illinois and within days the bucks started rubbing on it. We are going to put a couple in our food plot here in Indiana...

Cut a tree limb with branches and put in a field out by itself with a post hole digger. Make sure its big enough to withstand a good rubbin and not be ripped apart. Buck magnet. Does will check it out to. Just save you 99.00. Been doing it for years.

All kidding aside .. It probably would not hurt to put a couple of "licking branches" on it too...

IMHO, this product would attract "big bucks" alright....but I think it will likely be the "big bucks" out of your wallet....

The Crush has used this tactic before as well. And as stated the Drury boys have done it too.
They find a tree cut it down and just put it in the field. Lee even drills a hole in the tree and adds his own licking branch.

I put a freshly cut cedar tree with the limbs cut off in 4 separate food plots. I drilled four 1" holes in each one and attached limbs and secured them with screws. By October 15 all of them had been rubbed and small scrapes had appeared. Here is a close up pic of one & a pic of the pic I ended up killing.
