I am really looking forward to the answer for this one! Can a person be charged with hunter harassment on public ground if they have a legal weapon, a proper license, and meet the florescent orange requirements for the season but decided that they would like to wear a Santa suit or some other costume while stalking game in the woods? If the answer is yes, or it is left up to CO discretion, what kinds of outfits would a person wearing in the woods be cited as hunter harassment? For example, could I be ticketed if I wanted to hunt in a bikini or ballgown as long as I was following all other laws in place? See below video for an example: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uHjQCDKBx8

The scenario that you gave the answer is no. Hunter harassment is dependent upon your actions, not what your wearing.
