My dad has had both knees and a hip surgery in the last few years and I looked on the DNR site trying to find any regulations as to being able to get a handicap hunter permit or if he is even eligible to get one or not. do you know the regulations or a link to them? I have heard if he has one he could hunt from my 4 wheeler. Is this true? Thanks Jim

Your dad may qualify for a "Persons with a Disability Special Hunting Permit". The type of permit that he qualifies for will dictate what he is and is not allowed to do. I have posted the link below. When you follow the link, it will be about half way down the list of permits. Let me know if you need anything additional. www.in.gov/dnr/fishwild/2371.htm
