I think it is generally accepted in the hunting industry that "fair chase" does not include high fences... Any fence or just limited area behind a fence? Would Big Oaks be considered "fair chase"? Yep...that not a escape proof fence around there.....Deer jump and go under that fence all the time!!

Yeah, I'd say Big Oaks was fair chase. Probably fairer than a lot of open ground, since they have 50,000 acres to run around on. Out in the real world they run from hunter to hunter most of the time. I'd say to be "high fence" in the way we usually think about it, the fence in question would have to prevent the deer escaping the hunter. Since there is no possible way to cover that huge of an acreage, I don't see the fence being a big factor. Not to mention it is not set for hunting in any way.

the Fence at BOK is for people to know property lines it in NO WAY contains or fences Any thing
