Anyone ever try a hen decoy and call on them? Thought about sitting JDUB with my regular call and going on down the field edge and using that idea. What do you think? Had one come in during turkey season one year

May work good. I had the same thing a couple years back. Yote ran straight into my flock of decoys. On a side note, I did 4 sets yesterday and struck out.

I had a coyote charge my turkey decoys once, so it has the possibility of working. Just be careful not to be accused of turkey hunting out of season. LOL!

At the nearby local Fish and Wildlife Area someone let a rooster loose on the property. People were talking about the Rooster on Facebook. I figured that a coyote would get it eventually. Also someone let a gray cat loose on the property.
I know people that use woodpecker decoys for hunting predators. I don't see why a moving duck decoy would not work. Don't coyotes eat just about anything that they can catch? And I've heard of guys that were turkey hunting have a coyote bust into their Turkey Decoys.
