Greetings Well I understood all your comments but I think the health service here is ok. Yes we pay up front, but no daft unexpected bills. It suits me, especially as one gets older and needs attention more. I don't understand your system, but there we go. I pay private for my dentist, because I choose to, he is a good one he doesn't hurt me, lol. Regards Billy Billy, the negative comments are most likely being driven by what we are now finding out about our new "free" healthcare system. Americans have a native distrust of nearly anything "free" as there is nearly always a catch. Lots of us are just now getting some bad news from our tax preparers as a result of this new "free" healthcare, and the bad surprises are only just beginning. Cheers!

I, like many others, have had this condition for a few years now. Continual, high-pitched tone. Noise definitely aggravates, and my left ear is much more sound sensitive than before the tinnitus. We always keep a fan going at night. This seems to keep it from being so noticeable. Doc says that, basically, when ya get it, ya got it! So, get in a good habit of protecting your hearing early on! Ditto. My ears have been ringing for 35 years. Don't usually notice it till something like this thread rinds me. ? Last few years I've been dilligent about hearing protect even when hunting.

As much as I hate to admit it, I should of listened to my dad growing up. He would always tell me to use hearing protection, ofcourse we were all at one time "10 feet tall and bullet proof". But I won't tell him he is right, gives us something to talk about and reminisce, back when I knew everything.
