Should be immediate reinstatement!
PLUS compensation for all monies lost due to their over reaction and quick jump to judgement.

Free at last .....Free at last.....now if he would just stay away from women and concentrate on winning he might be able to redeem himself AGAIN.

I agree 100% because this incident occurred on his own time and in his own home. I am curious to know if he might have a law suit in mind.

Should be immediate reinstatement! PLUS compensation for all monies lost due to their over reaction and quick jump to judgement. How does one go about compensating a racecar driver for races in which he didn't participate? There's no guarantee that he would have won any of them. He should most certainly be immediately reinstated, and though NASCAR's treatment of him was shameful, they owe him nothing but an apology for railroading him.

That won't happen since a family law judge has said he most likely did do something and issued a protection order. Plus Kurt already agreed to start a program that will let him be reinstated..... He didn't have to agree to do that!!! IMO..... They should let him drive while he is going though the program to be reinstated!!!!

Busch was locked in to the Dayton 500 if he just finished in last place he would have made approx. 300 grand.

I bet he hasn't missed a paycheck though all this.... But he hasn't earned any bouns money for diving!!! NASCAR driver contracts are all different and not public info like other sports!!

well, Nascrap can keep this up, and in about 2 seasons, it won't matter. the stands keep getting emptier, then the TV sponsors pull out, France and his crew are gonna have a "deer in the headlight" look.......
I think some of the big car owners may be getting ready to start a new league......

He has 250,000$ at least coming. That's last place start pay.

There's no way Kurt would have got that amount money!!
The car still ran the race and a replacement driver was paid!! And the car owner still brought home a Great check!

Most if not all drivers earn 40% of what the car makes. If you win you receive 50%. This is ALWAYS what I have gotten when I drive anything other than my own equipment.
