My Engineer, I guess my previous engineer, took this shot in the field next to his house. He lives in northern Martinsville. I rarely see turkey around there.

They release a ton of birds at that raccoon club, or they did anyway, I think the ground sold.

Here's another one he sent me. His neighbor has several acres of tall uncut grass. It's looks like a good place for birds.

I've never shot one, but when I do I'm going to eat it! If they taste half as good as they look, yum yum.

They are magnificent! Not as good as quail though.
