The last 2 days have been phenomenal for Bluegills in the pond, the big males are moving up to the shallows staking out their territory and this year they are super nice with big shoulders.

I fished a local lake the other day and was catching them left and right on a little black powerbait. It was literally one cast after another! It was absolutely incredible!

I got into some big gills and redear this past weekend. Once I find them I switch to the biggest bait I think a bluegill will hit....then the only ones I catch are the biggest ones. I was using a 2" chartreuse minnow on them. Trophy Paradise Habitat Consulting "Trophies are built from the ground up" m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=852914431431752
