Love Jim Ward, man knows his stuff...I've watched the video a ton and even shared it on my habitat site. Man confirmed a lot of my thinking and taught me some new things as well! Definitely worth watching.

Huntmeister and I were on that property walk that day and met Jim. Huntmeister had done it the year before but this was my first time. Jim definitely knows what he is doing. It was great to see some of his work in person.

I knew Jim. We were room mates for a few months. Glad to see he is doing this work. He was a heck of a guy.

How'd you find out about the walk through? Heard Jim speak at the deer, turkey, and waterfowl expo and would love to see a place he's worked on.

How'd you find out about the walk through? Heard Jim speak at the deer, turkey, and waterfowl expo and would love to see a place he's worked on. The guy that sponsored the property walk, Andy, posted on the QDMA site about the property walk. Andy and Jim have become pretty good friends and Jim has done a ton of work on Andy's 60 acres. Andy also has his own website, just google "all Things Whitetail". Andy lucked out when he bought that piece of ground, the topography and access are just perfect...hard to believe it is just 60 acres. Sure seems to be a strong correlation to the habitat improvements and big bucks on Andy's place. Both Andy and Jim are just super nice guys. The property walk is definitely wort while if you can make it.
