A buddy and I were able to pick up a couple leftover deer tags for NW Wyoming this morning before they sold out. We'll be out there November 5-10, so hopefully we'll be getting into some rut action.
Our tags are good for mule deer or whitetails a huge area, terrain that varies from badlands, to desert, to sage, to irrigated agriculture. Most of the ground is public BLM, with several thousand acres of irrigated private open to public hunting through the Walk-In Area access program.
We're dragging a small camper out there and plan to camp on BLM. We'll be focusing primarily on mule deer, but I won't pass on a good whitetail if I get the chance.
4 more months!

Region X.. Encompasses most of the area between Yellowstone and the Bighorns. We'll probably focus on some areas around Greybull, and if no luck there over around Cody.

4 more months! I'm so happy for you. You need a camera man... one who can walk more than 100yds.

I have used that site from time to time. My only complaint is they take their stats from the state F&G websites, and I have found some inconsistencies in the data. It is nice though that they break each area down into it's own page and summarize everything.
I have a big paper map of the area from mytopo.com, as well as a landowner chip from onXmaps. As soon as I can get to a color printer, I'm going to print off some Walk-In and Hunter Management Area maps from the Wyoming F&G website.
