I have a vertical crossbow, i.e. the limbs go up and down versus side to side. It is cocked and fired by using a trigger. It uses normal length arrows, not bolts. It has a safety and is 125 pounds pull weight. Is it legal in Indiana?

According to the definition in the administrative code, there is no restriction as to the direction of the limbs. I have posted the definition below. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
312 IAC 9-1-5.3 "Crossbow" defined Authority: IC 14-10-2-4; IC 14-22-2-6 Affected: IC 14-22 Sec. 5.3. "Crossbow" means a device for propelling an arrow by means of traverse limbs mounted on a stock and a string and having a working safety that may be drawn, held, and released by a mechanical device and has the following: (1) At least one hundred twenty-five (125) pounds pull. (2) A mechanical safety.
