Had one at ten yards about 10 years ago. Thought it was a wild hog coming through the woods seeings how I hunt in Washington county. Just couldn't bring myself to shoot it. Her while face was white though. Hoped no one else would shoot it. Neighbor killed it in gun. Asked him if he at least got it mounted. Said no just threw it away. Shame but I guess to each his own. Would liked to have seen her live.

I had a half white deer from nose all the wsy to its hips on both sides. Saw it several times back when brown county was an A county only during gun season and out of range during bow. I only saw it once during muzzleloader but was on neighbors property. She had a normal fawn with her. U could see it from a mile off. Amazingly it made it through that season but never was seen the next only the following spring. Always wondered what happened to it. Neat experience.
