Let's start by getting a list of guys that want to go and figure out a date and location. Also if anyone has dogs. I can only run 5 at a time as that's all the collars I have and won't run without them.

Yes, let me know so I can ask off too. Oh, never mind; I just need to tell the wife.

I would be interested, never hunted behind dogs for rabbits before, depending on date and place. Sounds like fun.

If there is enough interest I might be able to get another guy with a couple of dogs. Can't guarantee how good they are though.
What area of the state works for most?

Atterbury works best for me.

I am in. I would be willing to coach someone that has never hunted over dogs before. If you keep it to around an hour drive from Indy that would be great.

Don't know how many of you guys are still chasing those silly deer, but how about next Sunday December 6th? Just throwing it out. Thought some might not want to hunt later in the season when we'll be dealing with cold and snow. Let me know. I'm fine driving up to atterbury. It's about an hour an a half for me so I won't be able to do any pre-hunting or scouting so if anyone knows any good rabbity looking areas it might help. Yes in the beagle world rabbity is a word.

I'm off work that weekend . But I have no clue where Atterbury State park is at . And my cell phone is not helping me out either . I'm near I 65 , 41 , route 30 Lincoln Hwy , 12/20 .

I found the directions . I take I65 South . It's a 3 hour drive one way . So if I left about 2 am I should arrive there around 5 am . Or I could just camp there and spend the night . Instead of leaving at 2 am .

Let me check with the Little Lady. I think I'm open on the 6th, if you have room. I haven't hunted rabbits but a couple of times 20+ years ago...and never over dogs.
