What's up guys! just looking for some advice! I'm looking for a hog hunt probably in the Tennessee area! but not opposed to going elsewhere. Just thinking about a 3 day hunt that's about 5-6 hours away. I'm about 1.5-2 hrs north of the Indiana/Kentucky line. Let me know places you've been and possibly some pricing. I'm seeing about $775 being the average price to hunt and a $250 charge for a non hunter to go.
What's your advice!

Wow! I paid $140 in FL a few years ago, and a nonhunter was allowed to go for free. (The nonhunter ended deciding he wanted a hog, to ended up dishing out his $140 for a hog hunt.) It also included lodging onsite (not the Hilton, but it had beds), breakfast, and a BBQ hog lunch. It's a bit further of a drive, but here is there link: M & D Outfitters

I'll be in the Sipsey Wilderness in NW Alabama for a 3 day weekend in March. It's about 6 hours from Bedford. $43 license and $17 permit. Free camping. Wild animals and no guarantees.

A guy I work with, his father lives in far eastern KY or TN, he told me time and again I could go hunt there for free. I will see if he will extend that to people who want to help control the hog population.
