EVERY time there is something like this the conspiracy theorists come out of the wood work.. The longer it goes on without any official report the more of this kind of thing grows.

The official report might be a long time coming on this one because the guy does not fit into any of their molds. Be tough for them to come out and say they have no idea why he did what he did.

I've seen videos of guys bump firing ruger 10/22s, but no one is going to bump fire anything with the consistent rate of fire that these stocks allow. It goes without saying that these stocks (and perhaps tannerite) are going to be the subject of a lot of debate in Washington, the media and around kitchen tables.

Has a real machine gun ever been used in a mass shooting in the USA? Anyone know of any cases!

His,barrel would of been like a kettle. Lights would be nowhere near as hot as his rifle barrel But I have never been to Vegas been to London once. I reckon you would of seen the stream of hot bullets. Can see my 35gr single shot hornet bullet going on its way. Pick a Scottish midges up flying around. Good gear pulsar.should be for 2,700 pound sterling. They seem to work in the middle east heat.
Right back out for evening look around could do with two but scarce at the moment.

By definition they do not "function" like a fully automatic. The trigger must still be pressed for each round fired.

No bucks, tonight but I was, naughty. Coming out the forest at 7.25pm too dark to shoot and I see torches coming toward me waiving around there heads furiously. Dips my lights and cruises down slowly. Three daft woman and a barrow load of dogs running around. I stops opens window and, says watch the bogey man does not get you. Reply oh we will get him first. I have to be nice to the public but nothing in my contract to say I can't have a bit of fun with them. I goes away down the road round the corner and starts squealing like a sika stag. Lol Then I waited on the main road. Was not long before they came out asking if I heard a horrible eiry noise. No says,I but I warned you it's not the place to be after dark. Cruel I know but I don't want them chasing roadside deer. Back out foxing in an hour at 9pm, 308 in hornet out. Lol Regards Billy.

By definition they do not "function" like a fully automatic. The trigger must still be pressed for each round fired. Here's the statement from Wayne LaPierre and Chris Cox - While we can disagree with the wording, it would seem the NRA and several Republican lawmakers are willing to go along with getting rid of these stocks.

Posturing. They ask that they be scrutinized to see if they meet the current law, which they already have been.

Posturing. They ask that they be scrutinized to see if they meet the current law, which they already have been. Yep...BUT.. This gives a go ahead to the Dems in congress. There are lots of unhappy NRA members on FaceBook expressing a very negative opinion on this. I would probably drop them for GOA but in order to be a member at the Red Brush Rifle Range that I belong to I have to be an NRA member.

Bump stocks are just away to get around the machine gun laws that are in place from what I have read and heard!

By definition they do not "function" like a fully automatic. The trigger must still be pressed for each round fired. The one I seen last night had your trigger finger staying/resting in one positive then the trigger moved against it to make it fire!

Yes, that's how they work. As the gun recoils back then forward the trigger presses against the stationary finger and the gun fires. Trigger is pressed every round.
You can do the same thing with no bumpstock.
