Very cool! Did you cut that with a Woodmizer? I didn't cut it at all. Just ran it through a planner. I got that piece of wood as a bonus when I got a truck load of barn wood off of a guy.

Man, that is awesome!
I want one!
Don't know how I am going to find a piece of wood like that! How did you fix the antlers to the wood?

I carefully pre drilled the antlers and ran a screw through the back of the wood. I used some glue on the bottom of the antler too. I did a couple antlers that way only I drilled them out big enough to put the head of a screw in it and then epoxied that in. Drilled a pilot hole into where I was fastening the antlers to and screwed them in.

Well I'm either gonna have to start shed hunting or pick up a few more road kill antlers. I got a 5 point and a 7 point rack on my way to work back around the last WEEK of OCTOBER. I believe it was the rut... anyways going back to work this last monday I started noticing a couple more deer hit maybe that was a second rut? No bucks just does... but hadn't seen any more road kill in between those times on my two hour one way to work commutes...
I have several winter projects to do now outside of the regular grind thanks for the ideas guys! My man cave corner in the garage will be great!
