Hmmm, Advisory Council another improvement to the rifle rule. I can only guess that the discussion on the timber buyers license has something to do with the Indiana Forest Alliance bringing in someone to outbid the timber buyers to thwart the last timber sale.
NRC meeting looks dull.

On the timber issue, couldn't the state put a clause in the contract to force the winning bidder to cut % of trees within a set time limit or they lose bid and nonrefundable penalty up to 100%+ of the contract? I have to imagine the contract has some type of performance driven terms and conditions. If not that is a good start. |
