Conversation with a friend leads me to this question..
Daily bag limit on fish.
If one goes fishing in the evening and fishes over night until dawn..is that considered a day or does the day start at midnight?
I assume if the limit is ten, then that's what you can have. He says it's two days and you can have a limit for each day meeting the possession limit

According to Indiana Code and the Indiana Administrative Code, the daily bag limit is for a calendar day.
IC 14-8-2-18"Bag limit" Sec. 18. "Bag limit", for purposes of IC 14-22, means the quantity of individual wild animals that may be taken: (1) in one (1) day of the specified season for a specified wild animal; or (2) during the entire season; as stated in IC 14-22.
312 IAC 9-2-8 Possession restrictions Authority: IC 14-22-2-6 Affected: IC 14-22 Sec. 8. (a) An individual must not take more than the daily bag limit of a wild animal in a calendar day.
