Most mushrooms are identified from others by the presence or lack thereof of gills. Or why type of gills. But I’m going with poisonous for now.

Those look like jack o lanterns Don’t eat Yes, that is what they look like to me. They are supposed to glow at night. If you can get to them easy you should try and see if they do!

Those in the original post are 100% jacks. chantarells dont grow off trees

I found a big clump of those a couple years ago and wondered what they were. I like mushrooms a lot, but left them alone because I was not familiar with them and I know that even handling the wrong mushrooms can cause issues.
