I went to Grand Junction Colorado last weekend. The most expensive gas was on the west side of Denver $4.69+ $2 for parking at the pump. I slipped up big time and was not watching the gage until the Pump light came on. I got my best milage going over the mountains at a flat 28MPG. I thought that was pretty good for a Dodge Caravan.
The best price was in western Nebraska at $3.39.

Press Sec: "Everyday, Americans are saving $420 million at the pump." 🤷🏻♂️ 🤣 That’s called “gas lighting “! We are still paying a lot more at the pump than we did when he took office.. Amazing he had no control over it going up, but takes credit for it coming down, All this finagling of asking the Arabs not to increase the price of oil until AFTER the election and tapping the Strategic oil supply until the election is coming back to haunt him and the Dems. I’m hoping for a RED blood bath on Election Day.

I felt lucky the other day to find diesel for $4.999/gallon. Pump was set to shut off at $75, it took two tries to get the truck filled.

A former President recently met with Saudi leaders. Days later, the Saudis announced sizable production cuts, which are driving up the world price of oil, which will drive up our pump prices before the election.
Coincidence? 🤣🤣
All politicians of both parties engage in this behavior, in their best interest but not ours.
Before someone says "drill, baby, drill" I make two points.
Oil produced in the US is at an all-time high. It belongs to the oil companies and they can do with it as they please - such as exporting it for higher prices.
Also, no refinery in the United States is shut down or running slow because of lack of feedstock. They have all they can handle..
Thinking that opening more US land to drilling would lower pump prices assumes that the companies would keep any finds here, extract it now, and that they would gladly lower prices.
The companies don't want lower prices because they make less profit. Make maximum profit, that's why they exist.
