A 3-4 hour drive for a squirrel "I DON'T THINK SO". You can fill the back of your jeep with plenty of dead squirrels a lot closer to home like Jasper-Pulaski or Willow Slough.
But thanks for the invite.

Just brought home my 5th Labrador retriever puppy, I have had Labs for over 50 years.
Wing's mother is duck hunter and a competitive dock jumping dog her father is a duck hunter and a deer shed hunter.
The breeder is a veterinarian tech and she had a blog which provided weekly updates from the day they were born.
This will probably be my last dog so I will spoil this one rotten like I have 4 before her.

My suggestion is: buy it from a local dealer if you have problems with it they will service it, BIG BOX stores won't.

I have made some excellent decisions regarding purchases I have made because of input from folks on this site. I too have also enjoyed the friendships I have made.

We tried the St Joe pier again this morning. Shrimp and worms on the bottom, hoping for anything. Nada. Saw one guy with 2 sheephead on a stringer??? If nothing else, saw some beautiful beach goers and pro volleyball babes doing their thing. Yowzers! Everybody was talkative and smiling and enjoying the day and fabulous weather. Way better crowd than a normal day! Happy 4th! Were there a lot of boats going out for salmon?

My son in law drew a Michigan cow elk tag for this year after many years of applying. This is a big deal, you can't get another one for ten years min. If you are successful in drawing the bull elk tag, it's a once in lifetime deal. Odds of success are near 100%, so he should get the family a bunch of good meat. Hire a local guide to insure success.

The only carp I have eaten was smoked. You could eat it but I wouldn't go as far to say it was good. Is it better or worse than SHEEPHEAD? or DOGFISH

This video was made by a group of guys about a week or so before our trip, it depicts what it's really like when things start rolling. This is the Eagle Eye with our good friends Captain Bob Hayner and First mate Brad. ENJOY! www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnELsE7rK6g

He migrated here from the east coast where he was an executive for J C Penney as well as a charter captain for Mako sharks and tuna. The guy I’m thinking of must have a very close name for his boat I’ve worked on his furnace and his ac a few times he told me to come over he’d take me out but I’ve never made it over Let me know, we might have room next year.

Mayflies at peak hatch. Surprised that didn’t screw up the fishing been up north when they hatched you couldn’t buy a fish Looks like another great trip again by chance do you know were he’s from I believe that’s the guy from Woodburn IN I maybe wrong but sure seems like that’s the name he goes by I am not sure who you are referring to, if it's the captain of the ERIEGARDLESS I don't know him I just took a picture of his board to show you how bad the hatch was. The MAYFLY hatch didn't seem to effect the fishing as we never caught so many fish as we did on this trip.... it was unreal.

Good trip! That's a TON of mayflies!! Do you ever go out there pre-spawn when they are getting the big 10#+ fish? No, because most boats don't go in until May 1's and going any earlier then that is rolling the dice with the weather.
