I have 2 bucks mounted. There was about $200 difference in the cost, and it shows. You get what you pay for. The cheap mount looks like my 8 year old painted the nose. The whole thing just looks like junk. The more expensive mount is about 10 years old and it still looks like a live deer. It is amazing how life-like it is. Quality costs.

Huge difference in the quality of taxidermy.
There are good taxidermists ....... and then there are all the rest.
