IMHO.......THEY ALL WORK with the right use, truly sharp and good shot placement but again, curiousity has me wondering where the "average" deer hunter in Indiana is using for 2010.
Hope I didnt miss a type. Not QUITE up to speed on everything out there!
You may have MORE THAN ONE.......any preference of what is on your string opening day?
Thank you for your kind input!
God Bless Steve

Sorry, Decatur.........wasnt aware of such Unless you mean like an old Bear head with bleeder? Should have added such. Sorry. It's one Ill use but dont use the bleeders so spaced it out. God Bless Steve REALLY, laughing at myself and hoping Ol Fred isnt in heaven laughing while he thumbs his nose at me. Met ol Fred. One of the greatest moments of my life. Forgive an absent minded old fart, Fred ol boy, and thank YOU AGAIN.....for all you provided, taught and shared with all bowhunters!!

Actually Steve, I use Sattelite Titans. They have a large main blade, and 2 slightly smaller replaceable blades.

It'll be my 3rd year using the 3 blade Rage and all I can say is they fly and work as advertised.

I use NAP Spitfire 100 grain 3 blade mechanical broadheads. They leave a huge hole in the deer for some easy tracking.

I am using the 2 blade rage this year. I bought them about halfway through the bow season last year and have not had the opportunity to use them yet... Too picky with my shots, I guess.
I am hoping for the best. I have heard both negative and positive remarks on them. I know that everything comes down to shot placement anyway...

in what ever broadhead you use ,you got to have "CONFIDENCE"that you will hit your mark and fully trust that this is the best for me,this also means you want to practice and make sure they fly good (very important ) (find out your limited range) and they need to be razor sharp!!!....thats how its done...............just my .02 ..turkey scout

Actually Steve, I use Sattelite Titans. They have a large main blade, and 2 slightly smaller replaceable blades. Phantom heads can also be shot as 2 blade or 4 blade and are cut on contact resharpenable heads.

4 blade 100 grain Muzzy's always did the trick for me. I did try the mechanical heads when the first came out. I liked the way the flew. I shot a doe through both lungs. The broad head did the job, but one of the blades had broke off and I felt it should not have. I'm sure they have came a long ways since then, but I happy with my 4 blade Muzzy's. They shoot exactly the same as my feild points do with my new Switchback and are pretty easy to resharpen the blades when needed.
