Let's discuss food and cooking here..I think that the streamlining of breakfast & lunch worked out well last year. Dinner can still be a prepared meal. I think Joe will be back to do a little cooking for us. Of course if any of the participants want to take their afternoon rest time to prepare something special for lunch would be a fine too. I'm good for Friday evening supper again this year. my mama makes a mean pepperoni roll with marinara, cheese, bell peppers (or jalapenos), and pepperoni. im sure she would be willing to make a few to take and just throw in the oven. each would serve about 7 people if noone attacks them  we would also be willing to bring chips, drinks, etc. |

I love Italian food...or any other kind too.  We will have about 35 to 40 people in camp. Can she make that many rolls or will we need to whoop up something else to go with it? |

we could probably go overtime and make 5 or 6 haha. 3 feeds the 25 at thanksgivin. might wanna have chips and other sides as backup
