this will be Madison's and my first trip down, Madison is so looking forward to this trip. How early in the day may we arrive, Madison's parents have given the ok to not go to school due to the long drive. Anyway in the past what kind of weather have you all had the last few years? Just trying to pre plan needs, Madison and I will be using a tent. Will I have electric for a heater if needed? Thanks

There will be several of us there bright and early. We had a rain storm one Saturday afternoon the first year. Other than that it has been quite pleasant. You might want to bring rain gear just in case. You never know about Southern Indiana weather. Bringing a heater and a 100' extension cord might not be a bad idea if you all are tent camping. There is electricity, water and inside plumbing.

And like Indiana weather, now 30-40% chance of rain showers for this weekend.

And like Indiana weather, now 30-40% chance of rain showers for this weekend. Yeah, there is still time for it to change even more!

That's 70% that we'll stay dry.

A passing shower won't bother us; sounds like if we get anything it will be pretty scattered.
