I long lined for 12 years, numbers consumed me. I think this is one of my most enjoyable years trapping. For once I'm the one handing the trap's and stake's and carrying all the gear while Brian is setting all the trap's.

And another good day. Brian had a otter lunge at him out of a rat house (funny and awesome), Fox dug one of our rats out and took off with trap and all but we got the trap back. Finally got a cat working one of our carcass piles so hopefully Brian can catch him before season closes. Another otter went through a 220 but the trap was frozen.
