Looks like I am losing my free storage spot so I am going to look into having a pole barn or garage built. Anyone recently have one built? I would like it to be 2 car sized but don't have anything set.
What should I expect to pay for a bare bones unfinished detached 2 car garage/pole barn?
Any advice is appreciated, Thanks

If I had the time to I would. I can run the electric and some of the other crap, but really need one put in in as short as time as possible due to losing my storage elsewhere.

A guy that I bought a Jeep off of a few months ago had a nice 24x24 garage put up by Grabers post buildings. He said that he done the concrete work himself and they came in and put the garage up in 3 days and charged him $5000 and that was with an insulated 10' over-head door. I got an estimate for a 32x40 garage with 16' ceilings for my dad - fully insulated, concrete thickness of 6", eight 36" windows and one 16' over-head door, two side entry doors and it was $18,200. Here is grabers website and there is an area that will allow to to spec out what you want and they will email you a quote. These folks do great work and are fast. www.graberpost.com/
