This morning was my 5th time out this season. Not much had been moving during the daylight hours here in Clinton county until this morning. I shot a yearling doe this morning at 7:50. I had never had one chewing on my pull rope and licking the screw in pegs before, until this morning. I think the H.S. Scent A-way worked. She never knew I was there. I shot her at 15 yards right through the spine and out the other side. The G5 montecs definately did a number on her. She dropped right in her tracks. This was my first kill with my new pse brute that I got last month. Now its time for the bucks to come out.

I love the Montecs. Started shooting them last year and droped a nice buck at 20 yards. He only went 40 yrds after the hit.
