Well, everything gets played out eventually. At least Waddell seems like a good guy!

Does it come with 3000 acre game farm in Plymouth, Indiana? I saw last night he is milking that action for "Bone Collectors" and "Road Trips". At least he did call it for what it is, a couple rich developers bow only, food plot paradise. I still like him amongst some of lesser tv stars. He's just an average hunter with some star appeal and good opportunity, like most all the tv guys.

Wow, it seems there is more than a bit of jealousy in this thread.
If this action figure or others like it help get even one kid interested in hunting, then it is a good thing.
And as for Michael Waddell and others making a profit on his name and image as a hunter, that is called capitalism and it is what made this country great.

Nah, what we don't like is the comercialization of the sport and the damage it has done to the mindset of many of the younger hunters in particular.

Et Tu, NASCAR?
Personally I thing Dolls and TV is dumb, but some people like their action figures.
Since PARENTS should be involved in playtime anyway, why not use the dolls as a way to instill som ethics scenerios into playtime/imagination?
Better than watching the kiddies smash Dale Earnhart into Spiderman as he rescues Barbie from the man eating teddy...

Nah, what we don't like is the comercialization of the sport and the damage it has done to the mindset of many of the younger hunters in particular. There is a market for hunting related stuff and we may argue about the details of that commercialization but ultimately it is a good thing. For every bad there is a good.

That wasn't supposed to be released until mid-October.
I only get a buck 98 per figure in royalties..
I will say it is a LOT better looking that Waddell one....
