Animal identification and survey form

For the ones on here that will be taking a youth out this weekend:

I put this together using the IDNR "Bowhunter Survey" form that Chad Stewart sent me. It is specific to the youth hunt.

This can help keep the youngster interested by identifying the animal that he/she sees and keeping count.

Just open and print

We will be doing this at the Youth Hunt.

My Internet Explorer blocks it, but then I click on the that bar at the top and it drops down a menu - I then click on "DOWNLOAD FILE" and it works for me..
