Have a friend of a friend that wants to hunt down at Crane. Don't know if he wants to hunt with a bow or gun? Know or at least think it might be to late to hunt with a gun because of the drawings but what does he need to do? Know what they had to do back in the day but just wondering if they changed the rules or not. Thanks BB

If he didn't get drawn or know someone that did he can't hunt there until next year and only if he gets drawn.

He is in the Guards! So would that allow him to bow hunt? Or are they now drawing bow hunters too? Used to you could go to work and bow hunt that night. You just had to sign in from your desk on the computer. I didn't know about the rules for outsiders and bow hunting. But since he's military can he go down and hunt?

I was also in the military stationed here in Indiana, it doesn't matter, what I posted about being picked in the hunt or what realhunter posted is the gospel, wouldn't lead anyone down the wrong path, because crane is a great place to hunt.

your friend can hunt any open area of atterbury with a bow if he is military, no guests if he is military just check with range control to find days and open areas only need drawn for gun hunts
