Hey guys, I need your help with my trusty Remington slug gun. I just ordered a set of the Camo ShurShot Stock and Forend for it and they should arrive this Friday. I need your help with pointers on how to disassemble the current ones and install the new ones. I'm sure they come with instructions but many people are saying that you need a forend wrench to get it done proplerly. Has anyone done this before and if so was it a problem, did you need this wrench? Thanks guys, I realize this may not be the proper forum but I knew this is where I could get the most help. I appreciate it!

Woodmaster and myself both changed over to this stock and forearm and REALLY like it. You will not be disappointed.
I think he had trouble with getting his forearm off and the new one installed, but mine just slipped right off.
It has been awhile, but I do think it had instructions with it.
Good luck..

Thanks Woody, Remington had a trailer at Gander Mountain this weekend with Michael Waddell and I got to shoulder this stock, wow, what a difference.

Thanks Woody, Remington had a trailer at Gander Mountain this weekend with Michael Waddell and I got to shoulder this stock, wow, what a difference. The recoil pad is a winner too.. Woodmaster got his camo stock at Cheaper than Dirt. www.cheaperthandirt.com/55029-1.html(Read the reviews) I went to get one and they were out of camo so I bought the black.. No problem with black at all. www.cheaperthandirt.com/55030-1.html

I bet you can find an owner's manual at Remington's site, and maybe even on this board.
