Got this one on 11/18/09 at Deam Lake Recreation Area near Borden weighed 160 field dressed, killed 5 minutes after I got to my spot, luckiest and fastest hunt I ever had lol, if u notice his messed up nose its cuz he was quarterin to me and lookin my direction the slug clipped his nose b4 enterin just behind the shoulder. He ran about 25 yards b4 crashin, long drag out but worth it

Thank you guys I know its no monster but it is actually the largest buck I have taken to date. Hopin to top it of course in the near future maybe even next yr lol, I have actually found a great spot on local public land that I have seen many deer on this yr but none were within bow range and I have seen a few small bucks also. Hopefully the muzzleloader and 2nd archery season will pay off for my freezer and with lots of luck my wife might score her first deer b4 the end of the season. She hopes to take a deer either sex with a bow ! She has had a few opprutunities but it seems like I have just been faster with the release lmao. Guess its her turn now.

He is 4 and absolutely loves to watch deer huntin videos, goes to the archery range with me, and to the gun range. He is very smart and already helps me with my topo maps and scouts with me, his younger brother is almost 3 and he also shows interest in the sport but cant help out as much. My 4 yr old actually helped me skin my buck ( he held the legs so it wouldnt spin on the gamble, lol )
