No more than the owners manual says is max. Every muzzleloader, in my experiences, is different and you have to experiment to find the sweet spot. I just about gave up on my current muzz then I tried Barnes bullets and Blackhorn 209 and now she is shooting happy groups.

huntingman;
Reading your many post about your Bobcat I just want to make sure you are clear on loading it, don't mean to be demeaning in any form. The Bobcat's Max Load is 100 Grains of 2F Blackpowder. Now some of the Sub like Triple Seven are a bit hotter than real Blackpowder so you have to reduce it by 15%. So if you are Triple Seven 2F your max load is 85 Grains.
I've shot the Bobcat for several months and now my son shoots it (over 2 years now) and we don't load anything above 85 grains to be on the safe side.

Always a good idea to have a manufacturers manual for your firearm. These will list acceptable load info.
Most of them are available online.
