Just finished-up another muzzle loader season. The bucks were DEFINITELY tending does this weekend. This is the strongest "late rut" I've ever seen ! I had a nice buck sneak into the field and lead a doe off for a little "private time".

A couple of years back I saw a buck chasing a doe on the last day of the season in January! I noticed a couple bucks looking for does last night. They responded to my can call a couple times..
