Not sure what I think about them. Looking at them, I don't see how the would group good at long distances. It will be interesting to see some testing on these.

Can't tell anything about terminal performance without ballistics gel tests, but I can't imagine that projectile having a very good ballistic coefficient with all that plastic webbing wrapped around the outside of it as its flying through the air.

id like to see what they mean by longer distances. i would have to also see what the bullet drop is at those distances

I would think that the plastic on the outside of the slug would gum up my rifled barrel

I would think it wouldn't leave much more residue than a sabot load in a muzzleloader?

These slugs have been available for about a year or more. I know I first saw them last year before deer season started. I ended up talking with a guy over seas about them, and was supposed to get some samples to try. I'm still waiting on them to show up. From that conversation, they didn't seem to be any better than what available from various US suppliers.
If you want them, your dealer could get them for you from Zander's Sporting Goods. Price wise, they are about the same as other high end slugs
