I have to go out after daylight most days because I work nights. Friday Morning I roll up in front of my hunting lease and I see a guy walking in the nieghbor's field, but very likely headed out of my property. At first it appears he was walking to the nieghbor's house, so I assumed he must have been someone they let hunt on their place. After I park, I can still see him, and he isn't going to the nieghbor's. He just walks down a dead end road across from the drive I'm in! So I guess he's just some guy that lives back there that come out at dawn walking along the road trying to locate roosting turkeys. So before I had even got to my place that fool had been down in there alerting every turkey within miles. Needless to say, not a single gobble. Come to find out, the nieghbors don't let ANYONE hunt, nor do they. GGGRRRRRR.

That`s sad, and I hope you can get the sheriff or Conservation Officer to put a halt to that stuff.
Some people don`t care who owns the ground, or who leases, or whether they have permission or not, but beyond that, the kind of thing you`ve described is only going to get worse as huntable land becomes more scarce, and competition for places to hunt gets worse.

I run into that kind of stuff all of the time on my property, mostly mushroom hunters but many times deer and turkey hunters too. I v,e had to become a real p---- about it. Call DNR and the local authorities and it wil help but nothing will totally stop it there will always be someone who will try to run a game on you.
