thanksgiving day my pup hunted hard and actually barked on 2 bunnies, today she ran 5 rabbits i saw but not a peep. when i was younger i had beagles and never had this issue, maybe i need to order new bottle of hotline , not sure , this female has me confused lol , she is 8 months old and pure bred, any tips ? thanks

yes , i only have 1 right now, dont know anyone that has a beagle to run with, unfortunatly.

Hunt her with other dogs only till she learns to bark on the trail.

another beagle or two should get her more excited while on track and she still young yet....time will tell...good luck ...rabbit hunting with beagles is a lot of fun .....enjoy

even when pup is not performing well i still have fun , better than the couch lol

Let her learn on her on and her mouth will come with time. Tight mouth dogs is an unwanted trait passed on and it usually happens in males. Keep feeding her rabbit tracks and she will do the rest. h.h.
