Cant tell enough about him by the show ..... dont know. Liking someone or thinking their show is funny isnt really enough to get me to vote for them.
Its kinda like that whole voting for someone just because they are black thing.

Haven't seen the show so I don't know ANYTHING about him,but I probably would.Who knows it might just be the ticket,an actual down to earth guy instead of a normal Politician.

Can't vote! I don't have cable and I have only seen the show once. Plus, I wouldn't vote for someone based on a television show. If that were the case, I would vote for Tim Allen.

In the early days of our nation there were no actual "politicians", there were citizen representatives elected by their district. The Founders envisioned volunteer representatives serving briefly, then returning to their real jobs. Pay wasn't even considered as they didn't want politics to become a career, and it was thought that this would temper the desire to serve with the need to make a living at ones chosen profession. Kind of a term limit insurance. Until politics became a career the opportunities for vice were extremely limited, so where did we go wrong?
Would I vote for Willie? No, I don't live in Louisiana, and probably wouldn't vote for him if I did, though he couldn't possibly be any worse than some of the scumbags they've voted in there in times past.

If Kevin says no, then I might actually do it. :-) Considering conservative values with an ethical mentality, he would probably lose if there were many debates. He would be honest, and an honest shoot from the hip politician doesn't get very far. People are so fickle, and easily offended that a politician has to play the game to get votes. It's a sad fact but true. Many can't see past the end of their nose or past their government paid freebies. Ohhhhhh, you're going to get me all wound up.
Yes, I'd vote for him, but if he has to talk much before the election, he'll probably lose. My advice to Willie would be to just enjoy the good times, and stay out of politics ...at least out of the races.
