Congrats! You are the only person I've heard of getting drawn for there. I know of several people that get drawn regularly and not a single one got picked this year. I have been drawn the last three years. The place holds a decent number of deer, but they seem to hang out in the tall grass. I've found that if you can find a spot that allows you to overlook a clearing such as a lane or mowed area your odds increase. I have killed a deer there every year but unfortunately they were about the only deer I saw. My wife never saw a deer either day last year and I killed the only one I saw. I think the late hunt had three or four deer checked in total.

As far as specific spots to try. If you look on an Arial map just north west of the guard shack where you enter the park there is a small block of woods with a mowed path going through it. I was told during the early hunt last year on the first day someone had their limit in an hour. And the second day a different person did the same. If the map is the same as last year it would be r7. a spot I always wanted to try is b32 I scouted it a few different times and saw several deer there. My brother hunted close to that spot and saw the biggest buck of his life but couldn't get a clear shot. The ridge between blue and green zones seem to be a popular spot also.
