We have a big wooden front door that we want to keep, but it had a very poor seal along the bottom. I was going to put one of the typical tack-on aluminum strips with the rubber seal at the bottom, but then I spotted the Duck brand "Double Draft Seal." It works by having two foam tubes in a sleeve that slips under the door. There is tube on the front and one on the back, effectively sealing the door crack. It Works really well.... probably triple the effectiveness of the old strip. The only problem I can see would be if the tube might keep some screen doors from latching. I think you would only need to trim it some were that the case. Whenever I find something that works really well I like to share the info, and I'm guessing someone here has a drafty door. I was so impressed that I made a short video for you guys. Draft blocker

We use them as well. The dog destroyed the first one, so we are on our second one now. They work.

About half of the time it would catch on something and get stripped from the door. You can get a raised vinyl threshold from most home improvement centers that will fill that gap effectively.
