So I got this picture from a friend of mine who's father in law killed this deer this year. He told me it was the biggest deer killed in Indiana in 10 years and that it scored like 207. I'm pretty sure that can't be right since the buck from Huntington Cty was over 300.  |

Buck of a lifetime, but certainly not the biggest buck in Indiana in the last 10 years. There's probably a 200"+ buck killed every year in Indiana. Man I looked at that thing and it screamed mulie. If it didn't have brow tines I'd be arguing. Look at that things forehead. Can you get any more gray than that?

Lots of character..nice deer. what else can ya say. Hope he didn't get his silk sweat suit dirty for the photo op...and those orange shoe are one of a kind..hope he doesn't hunt in that get up...lol

Unfortunately I know enough about who supposedly took this buck to also have a conversation with our CO about it....YUP it's certainly a nice buck but there's certainly a lot of questions too.

Doug, I wouldn't get into that. I have no reason to believe it wasn't a legally killed deer and we don't need to tell location or any details.

I totally agree with the rumors-if the CO is satisfied then so am I, however I wasn't the first to talk to our CO....the guy is well known with them.
Also the guy in the pic is not who supposedly took the buck either.
