On my buck. I have no idea where he rates. This is my first buck with any size at all. No one has said how big he is, so that leads me to believe he is not very big. Let me know what your best guess is, when I find out from the taxi, I will let you know. My guess is 115. And finally after getting him on my sportsman 700. Goodness what that a chore. We found the bullet when skinning him. Thanks. Mike

Hard to tell from pics but my gut feeling is in low to mid 120s gross. He's a keeper in my book!

Nice 8 pt. Looks great. 117" I got an 8 pt Saturday before last here in WNC. Perfect symmetry and 14 1/2" inside spread. Field dressed approx. 120#. Gross 82 inches. Those big 8's like yours and very far and few between here. I like it.

Depending on the cutter, I'd say about 60 pounds of processed meat. :-)

Thanks gents. I should have stated it doesn't really matter how much he scores - he is huge in my book. And yes, he is a keeper. We have a spot picked out for him already.
His G2 is missing on his left side. My cousin said to me, I bet that big 10 pt you missed on opening day of firearms broke that off. ;-). All you can do is laugh.

He rates nice in my book. All that really matters is that you are happy with him!

Very nice, especially for a late season deer. It is a trophy in your eyes, that's all that matters! Congrats.
