Sounds like a fool proof idea to me.

Older cop to rookie cop: hey run up there and pepper spray that bear in the face.

Rookie cop to older cop: go take a flyin leap.

MY QUESTION IS: HOW DO WE KNOW THIS BEAR IS FROM MICHIGAN?
